News from the gallery

A nice mention from the curator of the Architect's Gallery.

Sam currently has about ten of my works in stock at the moment with five being part of the current show. You've still got a couple of weeks to see the exhibition before it changes over.

Website refreshed

Another item on the New Year list ticked off.
The old original Paul Smith website has been refreshed to include a good few of last years paintings and to lose a handful of older pieces that I see as less relevant now. I'm planning to overhaul the website completely later this year but only when I've finished the 20 or so pieces that are currently in development. You should see a significant shift in direction for my work that will be reflected in the design of the site. In the meantime you might see a few clues to the road ahead in the paintings section.

Welcome

A new year resolution realised.

I've been sitting on this half empty blog for some period now. I couldn't decide what it was for. Is it a diary, a sounding board, an information desk? I suppose it should be all of the above and more. I might as well make it a place to show you some influences, introduce you to some friends and show you some sights.

Let me know what you think along the way.
